Well, it's been a crazy past two weeks - the team madly working, too busy to document the progress. And oh yeah, we spent last weekend making a film from concept to completion in the Philadelphia 48 hour film challenge! There we are, in GROUP A. No task is too great for the Frank's Kitchen Team!
So here's a few pictures we managed to fire off...
Meg gives The Reckoner a little loofah lovin
New, longer axles for the Bluff Runner, handcrafted by John
Erik works on a tension adjuster
Dave scruba-dubbin The Reckoner
Figuring out the key pin placement on The Negotiator
Friday night, the final mechanical touches were applied to The Negotiator so it could be taken for a test drive:
John adjusts the steering mechanism
Erik adjusts the gearing
Dave's cutting sumpin...
Meanwhile, the pivot for the Bluff Runner's steering is pounded into place.
Saturday started early, with the team gathered to escort the Reckoner back to the shop for a little TLC. The Philly winter was tough on the old gal, and she will need a full spa treatment to bring her back to her full glory! We have spiffy new bucket seats to attach & plenty of loofah, rust remover, lube and paint.
